Generally, to be considered for a Pita Pit franchise and qualify for traditional financing, you will need $50,000–$60,000 in unencumbered capital to invest. We have partnerships with major Canadian banks and we work with you to prepare your application for financing (business plan, financial projections, etc).

Initial franchise fee: $15,000–$25,000.(depending on your city/region)
Capital requirements: You’ll need $50,000 to $60,000 of cash liquidity to effectively handle the start-up costs. You’ll be well positioned to borrow the rest.

*Franchise fee pays for franchisee recruitment and selection; assistance in site selection and assumption of the lease; an exclusive territory; legal documentation (Franchise Agreement); construction agent experience (streamlines building permit process, conforms to our standards); training (one week in Kingston, four days on premises after opening).
